2012 Automotive Boot Camp Exhibit Hall Selling Out Quickly

When the dates and location of the 2012 Automotive Boot Camp were announced, a flurry of calls hit Carrie Hemphill, Managing Director of First Class Educators.

According to Carrie, “In the first week we sold out all the Gold Sponsorship levels and in first two weeks over 50% of the exhibit hall was sold out.

The 2012 Automotive Boot Camp will be the first time that a full exhibit hall has been added to the popular conference format.  The exhibitor space is limited and primarily sold by invitation only to ensure that the vendors match the educational goals of the conference.

The conference will be held on May 15-17th at the Monte Carlo Hotel and registration is limited to ensure that classroom sizes are small and effective for learning.  The conference attracts thought leaders in Automotive Advertising, Marketing, Sales, Service, and BDC Operations.

Expanded Workshop & Skills Development Tracts

This year, the 2012 Automotive Boot Camp has been expanded with more workshops and labs on specific dealership responsibilities.  Multiple workshops will be created to cover these “top of mind” issues that car dealers face today:

  • BDC/Internet Process & Training
  • Sales and Service Phone Process & Measurement
  • CRM & Lead Management Strategies
  • SEO and Social Media Work-flows
  • Google SEM Management For Desktop & Mobile
  • Reputation Management Processes
  • Vehicle Merchandising & Pricing
  • Advanced Marketing & Advertising Tactics
  • Video Production and Syndication

Dealers looking to accelerate their staff education should send members of their team to Las Vegas in May.  Room rates for the conference are unbelievably low at $59 a night.  Airfare to Las Vegas in May is also very reasonable making this educational conference a win for both dealers and their employees.

Early Bird Registration

Dealers who book their participation in the 2012 Automotive Boot Camp by March 1st can take advantage of discounted conference rates.  The 2011 conference sold out so dealers interested in this unique educational conference should lock in their tickets before they are locked out.
